This product typically has a best before date of 3+ months. 

2. Are they low carb?

Yes! With high protein and low carbs, Munchies Crunchies are perfect for keto, paleo, or other low-carb lifestyles.

3. How should I store them?

Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Once opened use immediately or refrigerate and consume within 3 days.  

4. Where’s my parcel and what about tracking info?

We aim to deliver within 2–5 working days once dispatched.  

You’ll receive an email with tracking details—allow up to 8 hrs post-collection.  

5. What are shipping costs?

UK orders under £20: £1.99 delivery.

Spend £20+ and delivery is free (subject to change).  Please note free shipping is unavailable to some locations. Please note we do not ship to Northern Ireland.

We ship to the UK crown dependencies (Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man) at no extra charge. BFPO delivery may vary.  

6. What if something’s wrong or I want a return?

Contact us within 24 hours of receipt via email or phone—you may be asked for photos.  

Faulty goods must be returned within 30 days, with ice packs and original packaging, using 24-hour tracked service.
